LATINO-OWNED + COMMUNITY-BUILT

1712 Studios was born from a simple idea:
Everyone deserves space to gather, build, and celebrate.

In a city where creative venues and community spaces are vanishing, we set out to change that—by creating one ourselves. A place that doesn’t gatekeep. That welcomes all walks of life. That stays rooted in the culture and energy of the people who use it.

Located in the heart of SODO, 1712 is a 6,000 sq ft warehouse with two sides:

  • A front venue built for pop-ups, weddings, art shows, live performances, and real moments that bring people together.

  • A back area of private suites where barbers, tattoo artists, clothing makers, and small business owners build their future every day.

We’ve hosted everything from yoga with puppies to intimate concerts, community fundraisers, and private events of all kinds. And every time, the goal is the same: make people feel welcome, respected, and inspired.

This space isn’t just for creatives.
It’s for families, brands, teams, organizers, entrepreneurs—everyone.

We’re Latino-owned.
We’re proudly independent.
And we’re here to hold space for Seattle—one event, one idea, one connection at a time.
