A Night With Chapters
Main hall plus your pick of the speakeasy upstairs or the back venue (same price). Up to 250 guests, and the party moves. Cocktails in one vibe, dinner in another, the dance floor hits different at midnight. For the night, the place is yours.

5 prime Saturday hours, as late as 2am. No noise ordinance hiding in paragraph nine of the contract, no wondering what your guests are going to do after 10. Setup and breakdown already inside the window.

2 professional guards, booked and managed by us. You never think about security once.

Real BYOB. Never Per Bottle.
You bring the bottles, we bring the licensed bartender, ice, cups, and all the gear. One flat bar fee covers up to 250 guests. Nobody counts what your guests open.

Full Mackie system with subs, a DJ booth ready for YOUR DJ, and a 110" screen for the slideshow or the playlist. Your music, your set, no house-band rules.

A traditional venue hands you a rectangle. Here's what we hand you: two floors, three bars, a speakeasy, a staircase straight to your VIP suite, and a room for every hour of the night.

Free 20–30 minute walkthrough, Monday–Friday. See the main hall, the speakeasy, the sound. Bring your questions.

Lock It
Signed agreement + 50% deposit holds your Saturday. Balance is due 2 weeks out.

Party
Show up with your drinks, your DJ, and your people. Security, setup, and cleanup are already on us. Last song as late as 2am.

Tell us your date and your headcount. You'll get a text within the hour confirming whether your Saturday is open, and we'll set up your free tour. Checking your date costs nothing and books nothing, and we only message you about your event. A venue that's slow to answer now is a preview of the whole experience.

Quick Answers

Is it one big room?
No, and that’s the point. The night moves: the main hall for the party, plus the speakeasy upstairs or the back venue, each with its own vibe. Cocktails in one room, the dance floor in another. If you want everyone seated in a single hall from start to finish, we’re honestly not your venue, and we’d rather tell you here than after a tour.
What about weddings?
We host beautiful ones, and we’re honest about which. There’s no single hall where 100+ guests sit at tables for the ceremony and stay put all night: with dinner tables set, ceremony seating maxes around 50, or about 80 chairs-only. What works incredibly well: ceremony in one room, then everyone flows into another space for dinner, drinks, and dancing until 2am. A wedding that feels like a night out, not a banquet. If that sounds like yours, come tour.
What if I have a big guest list?
The package covers the BYOB service fee all the way to 250 guests, and up to 250 fit the main hall + speakeasy. Over 150 guests a second bartender joins at $65/hr so the bar line never backs up. Over 250, ask us about the Full Space upgrade. The building takes up to 400.
What about bartenders?
One licensed bartender is included and comfortably handles up to 150 guests. Past 150 we add a second bartender at $65/hr so the line never backs up. That is the only extra on this page, and you see it before you sign. Our bartending includes bar set up, ice, compostable cups, and all the gear; you bring the ingredients (including garnishes), your signage, and your WA Banquet Permit (we walk you through it). Hard liquor is welcome too, and all alcohol, spirits included, is served by our bartenders. Outside bartenders are not permitted.
Can I add more hours?
Yes. Additional Saturday hours are $425/hr. Most parties find 5 hours is the sweet spot with setup and breakdown included.
How do I lock in my date?
Book a free 20–30 minute tour first. If it’s a fit, a signed agreement and 50% deposit ($1,975) hold your Saturday. The deposit is non-refundable, but if plans change you can move everything you’ve paid to a new date within 12 months instead.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Yes. The host who booked (or a designated adult you name in advance) stays on-site for the entire event, from first guest arrival to last guest out.
