Quick Answers

What if I have more than 150 guests?
The package covers the bar for up to 150. Above that, the alcohol service fee is $5 per additional guest, a second bartender joins at $65/hr, and we may add a guard for crowds over 250. Up to 250 guests fit the Front + Terrace — for more, ask us about a Full Space upgrade.
What about bartenders?
One licensed bartender is included in the package — that covers up to 150 guests. Our bartending includes bar set up, ice, compostable cups, and all equipment to make and chill drinks — you provide the ingredients (including garnishes), your own signage, and your banquet permit. Outside bartenders aren’t permitted. Beer, wine, and champagne need a WA Banquet Permit displayed at the event (we’ll walk you through it).
Can I add more hours?
Yes — additional Saturday hours are $425/hr. Most parties find 5 hours is the sweet spot with setup and breakdown included.
How do I lock in my date?
Book a free 20–30 minute tour first. If it’s a fit, a signed agreement and 50% deposit hold your Saturday. The deposit is non-refundable, but if plans change you can move everything you’ve paid to a new date within 12 months instead.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Yes — the host who booked (or a designated adult you name in advance) stays on-site for the entire event, from first guest arrival to last guest out.
